Kid City Enrichment Staff
(Monday-Thursday from 3:30-6:30)
Job Purpose:
We are seeking Enrichment Staff to lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote health and wellness, character development, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) learning during our afterschool program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enrichment activities for a specific grade level
- Implement and uphold classroom management procedures and expectations
- Plan and facilitate enrichment clubs (e.g., sports, STEAM, career exploration)
- Assist with student arrival and dismissal procedures, as assigned
- Maintain accurate daily attendance records
Qualifications:
Enrichment Staff must have at least a high school diploma. Previous experience working with students in an academic setting is preferred.
