The Dental Hygienist is a critical part of the Doctor-directed oral hygiene team. This role is responsible for patient education, the delivery of preventative and periodontal dental treatment, and patient database collection and documentation.
Responsibilities
Clinical RequirementsMinnesota Licensure and current CPR certification in American Heart Association, Basic Life Support for the healthcare providerHigh degree of skill with hand instrumentation and cavitron insertsExperience in digital radio graphs and electronic patient records preferredLocal anesthesia and root planingCertified to administer nitrous oxide
