We are a private office looking to add a front desk receptionist that is friendly, caring, professional and has great customer service skills to join our growing practice. Also, an ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and must be a team player. This would be a part time position with the opportunity to lead into a full time position. Job duties:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Making a great first impression
- Taking phone calls
- Checking in/out patients
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Following up on no-shows and cancelled appointments
- Presenting treatment plans
- Scheduling unscheduled treatments and recall list
- Collecting payments
- Ability to check insurance coverage and check benefits
- Assisting the office manager
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Education:
- High School Graduation or equivalent
Experience:
- Dental front office (2 years preferred)
- Eaglesoft
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
