Summary
The Reservationist's primary responsibilities include responding to inquiries about services, prices, schedules, and general information; making reservations for customers and updating booking records as needed; communicating with customers about their bookings, including any changes, cancellations, or confirmations; handling customer complaints and escalating them to management when necessary; maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our services, schedules, and pricing; working with other team members to ensure smooth operations; and preparing regular reports on booking trends and customer feedback.
Pay Hrly Range: $26.00-31.00
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Reservationist or in a similar role, such as Customer Service Representative
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in reservation management software and other relevant computer applications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle stress and stay organized in a busy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or a related field is a plus
