We are seeking a full- or part-time board-certified/board-eligible family medicine physician to join our growing practice at Park Nicollet Clinic Eagan. Our family medicine physicians provide comprehensive services in health promotion, screening, diagnosis and disease management.

As a family medicine physician, you'll get support with:
- Excellent physician to rooming staff ratio
- An on-site department assistant to help with clerical tasks
- An on-site care coordinator to support patients with complex conditions
- Triage provided by registered nurses

- Embedded behavioral health professionals at several locations to provide quick access
- Central management of Pap test and mammogram results, anticoagulation and medication refills
- Medication therapy management (MTM) pharmacists
