We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping sales reps and customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. The job will include some playground designing and some skills in autocad would be a benefit.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales team members in various sales activities
- AutoCad and Playground Design
- Provide information about the products and services
- Form quotes & coordinate with manufacturers on parts
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Additional office duties will be expected as this position is a key role within the business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
