We are hiring full and part time supervisors with excellent customer service experience who are comfortable leading a team. We consistently look to promote from within and are extremely team driven. We are flexible in our scheduling and always work with our teams when provided notice.
Valet Supervisor Job Summary: If you are looking for a full-time or part-time leading position, Park Rite Valet is hiring Valet Supervisors; day, evening, and overnight shifts.
Our Valet Supervisors are expected to lead by example, ensuring that the location is operating smoothly and our guests always receive exemplary customer service. Suitable candidates will have top-tier customer service experience and prior supervisory or management experience. They will be responsible for team scheduling, accurate reporting of incidents, along with coaching/developing other team members. Must be comfortable encouraging and disciplining others. Hours for this position will vary based on business demand. Driving manual and automatic vehicles is required. Our valet drivers are responsible for parking, and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt, yet safe manner, while also assisting with luggage and other tasks as necessary.
Valet Supervisor Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- All applicants are subject to criminal background and driving history checks.
- Previous customer service experience required
- The ability to drive vehicles with Manual transmissions required
