Nisos Prime is searching for an experienced Beverage Manager to join the tea m!
Preferred Qualification
- 3 years in a Beverage Manager or Purchasing role
- 5 years of Management Experience

- Learn and Manage entire beverage program; ordering- inventory system-pars-working within beverage budget
- Conduct beverage inventory as directed
- Order beverage products as necessary
- Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the establishment's receiving policies and procedures.
- Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Manage bar service and bartender training program - staff beverage training lead-scheduling bartenders and barbacks
- Ensure that all beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the establishment's recipes, portioning, and serving standards
- Ensure all food and beverage safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
- Ensure guests receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Fill in as necessary to maintain guest service standards and efficient operations.
- Manage dining room service and server training programs, including scheduling.
- Adhere to all food safety procedures and sanitary regulations.
- Keep staff informed and trained on new menu offerings and products.
- Work with management to meet revenue objectives.
- Schedule labor based on anticipated business activity and labor cost objectives.
- Follow company policies regarding handling of cash, property, products, and equipment.
- Understand and implement all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Administer prompt and fair corrective action for policy violations.
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, and facility appearance.
- Prepare all required paperwork, reports, and schedules in an organized manner.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and cleanliness through inspections and preventative programs.
- Manage product receiving and adhere to the establishment's receiving policies.
- Ensure consistent preparation and service of food and products according to standards.
