Licensed Social Worker-Per DiemWe are seeking qualified Licensed Social Work Professionals to join our team in our Nursing Home. We want to speak with naturally caring, empathetic Social Workers who are focused on providing the best quality of life possible for every patient in their care with patience, courteousness and tactful interactions with residents, staff, family members and visitors.We are seeking per diem Social Workers to work the following shifts: Weekdays from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, Weekends from 8:00am to 4:00pm.Position OverviewReporting to the Director of Social Work, Social Workers at Parker deliver quality social work services to assigned patients, residents, family members and significant others.
