Parker's is a family-owned and operated towing service that has over 5 locations throughout the Fort Wayne area, more than 70 large and small hook trucks and over 100 employees. Parker's has been reliably and honestly providing excellent customer service to the Fort Wayne area for more than 85 years. We value our employees and understand the importance of work-life balance.

Hours:
Hours set by manager upon hire. Our dispatchers do work a rotating schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting Customers Over the Phone
- Using a Computer Program for Call Taking, Dispatching, and GPS Tracking
- Taking Credit Card Payments
- Keeping Accurate Records
