Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles to designated locations while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to specified locations
- Perform automotive diagnostics and minor repairs when needed
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment
- Provide roadside assistance and support to stranded motorists
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
- Utilize conflict management skills when dealing with challenging situations
Experience
- Proven experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role
- Knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics
- Commercial driving experience is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $19.95 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
