We are a parking enforcement services agency, that specializes in non-consensual towing. We are searching for loyal, hard working, and dedicated individuals to work in Southside, Lakeview, Downtown Birmingham and surrounding areas. The chosen candidate will be a well-groomed, trustworthy, and diligent professional. Description: Once a vehicle has been towed to our impound lot, you will fill out paperwork, place phone calls, receive phone calls, release towed vehicles, etc. This is a BRIEF description of the duties and does NOT include all duties.

KINDLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
* We have two Full time position open.
* If you do not have a valid driving license, dependable and DMV registered vehicle, do not reply to this ad.
* You must not have ANY felonies on your record and you must be able to pass a background check with the Birmingham Police Department and the Alabama Bureau of Investigation.
* You must have your own RELIABLE vehicle, with insurance
* You must have your own cell phone.
* Minimum H.S. diploma or general education degree is needed.
* You must have good client service abilities, with the ability to satisfy angry customers and be able to handle confrontation.
* Shifts: Tuesday 7:00pm - 3:00am, Wednesday 7:00pm - 3:00am, Thursday 7:00pm - 3:00am, Friday‬ and ‪Saturday 8:00pm‬ - 4:00am** ARE A MUST. Additional hours may be available.
* Ability to communicate effectively and read and write in English.
* Experience in the parking or towing business is a plus.
* Neat and professional appearance is required.
* Passing a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests is required for employment. In other words, if you do any illegal drugs or have ANY arrests for theft, DO NOT apply!
