CDL Shuttle Driver Position Summary:
The CDL Shuttle Driver’s primary responsibility is to provide superior service to guests and clients. You will operate a golf cart or shuttle to transport guests safely and efficiently to and from designated destinations. This guest service position requires maintaining a high level of communication and service, ensuring a clean and working shuttle, and assisting guests and visitors as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a golf cart or shuttle.
- Keep the shuttle clean and in working order.
- Maintain vehicle/shuttle safety precautions.
- Report any equipment issues promptly.
- Complete required training modules.
- Maintain a professional appearance and work-friendly atmosphere.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues.
- Uphold PMC grooming and uniform requirements.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Ability to drive a golf cart or shuttle safely
- Ability to pass motor vehicle record and background screening requirements
- Valid CDL License Required and valet driver’s license
- Ability to be familiar with designated routes and various roads for efficient transportation of visitors to correct areas
- Clean cut, professional, uniform appearance
- Enjoy interacting with the public, freely offering assistance
- Working outside regardless of weather conditions
- At least 21 years old
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, carry 50 lbs. of luggage, bending, standing, run or jog as needed
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of guests and hotel information
- Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes
