Job Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule service appointments
- Log all customer comments into our database
- Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made in database
- Confirm scheduled appointments with future happy Parks Automotive customers
- Re-schedule no show customer appointments
- Purify and update customer changes in database
- Contact current customer base on current marketing incentives
- Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set
- Other job duties as assigned by manager
Job Qualifications:
- Pleasant and engaging phone persona
- Making outbound calls, emails, and texts
- Dealership and call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Team oriented
- Must complete criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
Salary : $38,300 - $48,500
