We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Trust & Family Office team. This is a great position that includes assisting in client communications and providing support to our advisors and their clients, delivering full-scope client service in the areas of tax and estate planning, cash flow management, charitable giving, and investments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with preparation of materials for periodic client meetings, which includes creating and/or updating reports such as cash flows, financial statements, and asset allocations summaries
- Draft financial projections and calculations
- Analyze investment performance and research investment options and provide recommendations
- Review and track client account applications, transfers, and directives
- Assist advisors with various special projects and requests
- Continue to expand knowledge of comprehensive wealth management including Financial Planning, Tax Planning, Asset Management, Risk Management and Estate Planning
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required – accounting, economics and/or finance or business with an emphasis on accounting/finance
- Obtained certification and/or willing to complete coursework pertaining to certifications, such as CFP or FPQP
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Able to work both independently and as an integral part of a team
- Eager to learn new skills in a variety of financial planning areas using multiple software applications
- Strong work ethic
- Service oriented
- Willingness to learn and contribute to company’s financial growth and profitability
