Our well established, mult doctor practice, is currently looking for a hard working and dependable Dental Assistant II to join our team. The potential new team member will need to have a passion for helping patients, and have a strong background in the dental field. X-ray certification is required! The right candidate will need to be the ultimate team player. We are a large practice, and you will need to be able to adapt quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare instruments and assist the dentist in several different types of procedures.
- Turn over rooms in a timely manner
- Communicate with the dentists, front desk, hygiene, and fellow assistants to ensure smooth operation of equipment and treatment.
- Follow sterilization protocol
- Take X-rays, including CBCT (will train if need be)
- Compile treatment plans and be able to explain procedures to patients
- Knowledge of Cerec scanning and designing, 3D printing, implant placement, and sinus lifts are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Experience:
- Dental assisting: 2 years (Required)
- Surgical Implant: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
