The customer service representative (CSR) is the first person our clients see or hear when call or entering our clinic. They are responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out and so much more. Responsibilities include:
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Greet clients and their pets
- Schedule appointments/surgeries
- Check appointments in/out
- Schedule boarding
- Collect and process payments
- Process daily reports/deposits
- Send emails/faxes
- Manage online pharmacy requests
- Manage online appointment requests/prescriptions/reminders
- Keep reception/lobby clean
- Help out in other areas of the hospital as needed
We are open Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm. We are looking for someone interested in working full time (30 hours per week).
