Job Description
Job Title: Billing Clerk
Department: Administrative
Reports To: Chrissy Lett
SUMMARY
Works on various projects and duties in the back office, including billing deals in accounting and F&I.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Receives deals from the F&I Contractors and verifies the paperwork is complete.
Bills new and pre-owned car deals in F&I and accounting.
Books in and bills our dealer trades.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 2 Years of vehicle billing required.
Valid Drivers License required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
