Summary

As a Registered Nurse at Reliant Care Management Company, you will be instrumental in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient health status through comprehensive physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery.
• Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity is maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Experience in assisted living or home care settings is preferred.
• Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Understanding of resident rights and ethical considerations in healthcare.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing dignified care.
