Responsibilities
- Own and/or contribute to sales performance and sales goals for a territory
- Represent Partners Group knowledgeably and effectively so that institutional investors can clearly identify the benefits of its products relative to competitors
- Develop key relationships with investors and allocators to drive new business and keep them up to date on our investments and services
- Remain current on all aspects of our industry, investments, and services in your marketplace
- Understand and articulate capital markets, complex product structures, and private markets strategies; provide expert perspective in client meetings
- Work collaboratively with colleagues by referring opportunities to and from each other with the goal of increasing Partners Group's footprint and market share
- 7-10 years relevant sales experience within institutional sales or comparable role; relationships with institutional investors, utilizing alternative investments is preferred
- Experience selling alternative investments, private placements, and/or mutual funds offerings
- Must be willing to travel throughout the territory. Enhanced problem-solving abilities and analytical abilities. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong work ethic, high degree of integrity, positive attitude and high sense of urgency
- Bachelor’s degree required and MBA preferred. CAIA, CFA and/or CIMA preferred
- Current FINRA Registrations preferred: Series 7, 63, 65, and/or 66
