- SYSTEM Afterschool – Tutors
21st Century Community Learning Center
S.Y.S.T.E.M. (Strengthening Youth through Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Afterschool Program. Grades third through eighth.
Hours of operation 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Monday – Friday
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree and Teacher Certification
Requirements:
- Able to work with students using curriculum integration,
- basic knowledge of S.T.E.M. integration and project-based learning,
- able to travel with students on learning excursions, and
- able to work within a positive environment that nurtures diversity.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- After school
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
All employees must wear a mask upon entering the campus and inside the buildings. Employees must get a temperature check daily upon entrance. Hands must be wash and sanitized often. Face shields, gloves, and masks are available.
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- STEM: 1 year (Preferred)
- Teaching: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Licensed teacher (Required)
