What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Registered Nurse position at Partners Senior Living Options?
Partners Senior Living Options (PSLO) is seeking a motivated professional with strong leadership skills for a Regional RN in the Pillager, Royalton & Pierz MN sites. This person must enjoy working with people and have a desire to be person-centered in caring for the elderly, and especially those with dementia. This person will not only understand our company's Core Values - Dignity, Professionalism, Integrity, Passion, and Humor - but be willing to come to work excited to embrace these. We are looking for an individual who will exemplify these values and be willing to work hard in overseeing the health and safety of our Residents.
This position of the Regional RN is multifaceted in assisting 3 Assisted Living Facilities (Riverside in Pillager, Riverside in Royalton and Meadow Ponds in Pierz). Some of the duties include:
- Providing staff training
- Supervision of medication management
- Ensuring the facilities are meeting regulations according to licensure requirements
- Working closely with the residents in assessing their health care needs
This position will report to the Director of Nursing Services for PSLO.
This full time salaried position has a great benefit's package to include health insurance, PTO, and 401(k). This position will be scheduled for day hours Mon-Fri; however, flexibility is a must.
There is minimal on call for this position as we work with a service for after hours on call.
This position comes with a company vehicle, laptop and cell phone stipend .
