Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Legal function across corporate matters, governance processes, and investment-related initiatives.
- Prepare routine legal and regulatory documents by adapting established internal templates for domestic, international, and regulatory submissions.
- Draft and coordinate corporate governance materials, including board and committee meeting agendas, resolutions, notices, and written records, while managing the logistics of meeting preparation and circulation.
- Assist in the creation, review, and organization of entity formation documents, operating agreements, offering materials, and related documentation for the firm’s corporate structure and investment vehicles, including both domestic and offshore funds, as well as ancillary agreements such as side letters.
- Manage and maintain the Legal department’s document management and retention framework, ensuring accurate organization, electronic storage, and controlled distribution of corporate and fund documentation, and keeping internal fund records current within proprietary systems.
- Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of registration filings and related materials for regulated investment products.
- Handle responses to due diligence requests, investor questionnaires, RFPs, KYC inquiries, and information requests from clients, counterparties, and service providers.
- Assist with the setup and administration of custody, brokerage, and trading accounts for the firm and its investment entities.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of regulatory, compliance, and tax-related filings.
- Participate in ad hoc legal initiatives and cross-functional projects as business needs arise.
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
