PART TIME MAINTENANCE HELPER – Seeking mature, reliable person with basic plumbing, drywall and carpentry knowledge to work 24hours/week at Pegram Landing I & Pegram Landing II Apartments, a 120-unit apartment community in Lewisville, NC . Duties include routine maintenance, preparing vacant units, cleaning common areas, etc. Ideal candidate will be well-organized, pro-active, knowledgeable in troubleshooting maintenance needs and coordinating contractor services. Skilled trade replacements and extensive repairs are made by third party service contractors. Must have reliable transportation and provide your own hand tools. Must be on-call for after-hours emergencies. Credit and criminal checks required. Equal opportunity provider and employer.
