PART-TIME SITE MANAGER needed to work 30 hours/week at an apartment community in Butner, NC. Pay is $17.50-$19.00 per hour, based on experience. Candidate must be organized, computer proficient, have excellent communication skills, reliable transportation, a “can do” attitude and excellent people skills for interacting with residents and the general public. Work involves processing applications, neat and accurate record-keeping, management operations of the properties, problem solving, and other administrative duties.
