Partnerships for People, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, is currently seeking Program Specialists to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer. As a Program Specialist, you will provide leadership and support to team members through collaboration, coaching, and skills development to address the social, emotional, and environmental needs of the supported individuals. This position coordinates, develops, and implements various assessments, individual support plans, behavior support plans, and plans containing restrictions.
