What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead position at Party Bargains Inc.?
Party Bargains is an established and highly rated Amazon seller. We sell both branded and private label items. The company is in aggressive growth: we have increase our overall sales significantly each of the past 3 years, and we expect similar growth in 2024.
In order to accommodate this growth, we moved to a bigger warehouse.
We are seeking to hire a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to act as a vital link between the back office, warehouse manager, and warehouse workers.
Work hours are:
Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:30pm
And half a day on Fridays 8:00am to 12pm

Required skills/experience:
- Proven track record of leading a team of 5-15 workers (seasonally) in warehouse settings
- Ability to work cooperatively with other team leaders
- Computer savvy, prior experience with google docs a plus.
- Physical ability to pitch in and help with unloading, packing, labeling, building pallets.
- Meticulous attention to details
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating a sit down Forklift, Forklift license a plus
Preferred skills/experience
- Experience operating pallet jack (both manual and electric)
- Experience with Amazon FBA procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
