Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager for Government Clients at Paryani Construction in Atlanta, GA. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of government construction projects, including project coordination, budgeting, and construction management. They will ensure that projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are preferred but not required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, preferably with some government contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply government regulations and standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
