Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: 4343 Outlier Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85008 (Onsite Only)
Hours: Monday - Friday, Daytime Business Hours (8-Hour Shift)
Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager
About the Role
Are you a dynamic recruiter with a passion for connecting top talent with meaningful career opportunities? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Passport Health. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a primary focus on hiring clinical nurses, as well as other key positions across the organization. Your expertise will help shape our workforce and ensure we continue to deliver top-tier patient care.
What You’ll Do
✔ Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment – Manage the hiring process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
✔ Partner with the Clinical Team – Work closely with leadership to understand staffing needs and ensure qualified nurses are placed in the right roles.
✔ Source and Attract Talent – Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
✔ Screen and Interview – Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews to ensure a strong candidate fit.
✔ Enhance the Candidate Experience – Act as a brand ambassador by keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the process.
✔ Ensure Compliance – Stay up to date on employment laws and company policies to maintain a fair and legally sound hiring process.
✔ Support Onboarding – Work with HR to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, including pre-employment paperwork and training coordination.
✔ Leverage Data & Metrics – Track and analyze key hiring metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
What You Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Paycor experience is a plus!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Analytical mindset to assess hiring effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
