Patent Law Works LLP is an innovative Silicon Valley style IP boutique looking to hire a senior patent associate or of counsel with at least six (6) or more years of experience in patent prosecution.
As a lateral patent associate, you would be expected to assimilate quickly so you could work directly with clients on their patent matters. You would primarily be preparing and prosecuting patent applications for our clients which include Fortune 500 companies, high-technology companies, and innovative venture-backed startups.
