Job Responsibilities
• Check in/out guests and process payments accordingly• Ensure accuracy of room rates, special packages, and services• Balance daily transactions and prepare daily financial reports• Greet and assist guests with their inquiries• Monitor hotel security throughout the night• Respond to guest requests and inquiries• Ensure the hotel's safety and security policies are followed• Monitor and restock guest supplies• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area• Resolve customer complaints and concerns• Answer phones and direct calls• Process any necessary wake-up calls or messages• Review daily reports and take necessary action• Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the nightRequirements
Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the hospitality field is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• Familiarity with hotel operations and customer service standards
• Proficiency in using computers and hotel management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple tasks at once
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations
