Position : Family Support Worker
Location : Grand Island
Pay : $18-$23

RESPONSIBILITIES
Help parents create a healthy and safe home environment
Teach positive parenting strategies
Help families improve communication skills
Teach skills to manage aggression and anger appropriately
Provide supervised visitation services
Assist families in accessing community resources
Provide accurate and timely documentation
Collect specimens for drug testing
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in social work / related field or at least 2 years of experience in working with children
Strong communication and conflict management skills
Ability to work effectively with children and families
Proficient writing and word-processing skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Previous experience is a plus, but we provide paid training
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
