The Property Maintenance Technician II at Pathfinder maintains all facilities, property, and vehicles. Working under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, this role involves assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair work across Pathfinder buildings and homes. The Technician executes assigned tasks efficiently and ensures equipment maintenance as directed by the Supervisor.
Key responsibilities include promptly completing maintenance requests assigned by the Supervisor and demonstrating high-quality workmanship in all maintenance tasks. The Technician also conducts regular property inspections and reports any repair needs to the Supervisor. Additionally, they must be available to respond to 24-hour emergency maintenance service needs and maintain accurate documentation of work completed.
Furthermore, the Technician assists in maintaining company vehicles and ensures a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with supported individuals, employees, vendors, and contractors. They also support the Supervisor in monitoring the work of outside contractors and obtaining bids when necessary. Overall, the Property Maintenance Technician II ensures Pathfinder's properties and vehicles' safety, functionality, and appearance.

Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Basic verbal, written, and computer skills necessary for communication and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work alongside people with disabilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed.
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and safe driving record.
- Practical knowledge of building maintenance and construction.
- Ability to speak, hear, and read the English Language.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
