Job Description
The New Business Sales Account Representative will be responsible for the below categories of business.
1) Business Development
- Use existing client lists and existing target lists to prospect, recruit and secure new business.
- Develop marketing strategies, additional targets and create avenues for new client growth.
- Retain existing business.
- Grow business in Raleigh, NC, Greensboro, NC, Charlotte, NC and Wilmington, NC with future branch growth expected.
2) Customer Relations
- Assist GM and company managers with client questions and concerns.
- Develop new business opportunities for the company’s various divisions (commercial, residential, aquatic programming).
3) Marketing
- Assist GM to enhance marketing programs.
- Attend industry trade shows as needed to assist with sales and branding.
4) Quality Control
- Complete random inspections of company facilities to gauge quality and safety.
- In-season inspections of operational swimming facilities will focus on compliance with County and State codes.
- Job site training of construction projects will focus on OSHA standards.
- Warehouse inspections will focus on safety as well as materials handling and employee dress code.
5) Community Outreach
- Develop and implement outreach programs to enhance recreation program development, safety and health benefits.
- Work in coordination with other divisions.

Additional Information
90% Travel - current focus within the state of NC - some overnight travel
