We are looking for a few Administrative Assistants for a prestigious university in the Peninsula.
We are looking for both temporary and permanent candidates with the following experience:
As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling, organizing events and or seminars
- Calendar management
- Vendors management for events
- Compose and draft documents and correspondence for presentations conferences, seminars, and reports
- Research, prepare and record course materials
- Create complex reports and spreadsheets
- Oversee and/or process a variety of complex financial transactions
- Create promotional products and marketing materials
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree, and research or administrative experience in a corporate or academic setting strongly preferred.
SKILLS
- Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.
- Demonstrated success in following through and completing projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Palo Alto, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
