This is a full-time, on-site role in Hoschton, GA, for a Design Consultant. The Design Consultant will work closely with homeowners to deliver personalized solutions tailored to their home improvement needs. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, interpreting individual design preferences, developing proposals, and guiding clients through the project process. The Design Consultant will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in design consultation, space planning, and creating customized solutions
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of home improvement practices and design principles
- Sales experience, including negotiating contracts and presenting project proposals
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and ensure client satisfaction
