PatrickTa Beauty is looking for a talented Product Development Coordinator to join our PD team. This coordinator role will support our internal team as we build beautiful products, while streamlining processes for efficiency and smoother development cycles. Join us and play a pivotal role in our brand’s rapid growth.This position is onsite, located in West Hollywood, CA.

PatrickTa Beauty was founded in 2019 byworld-renowned celebrity makeup artist,PatrickTaand one of his first-ever clients and beauty and skincare expert, Rima Minasyan.The pair work togetherto create, perfect, and launch each product for both the makeup artist and the everyday makeup wearer. Patrick Ta Beauty's goal has always been to make their consumer feel great in their skin and give them versatile products that can create any look.

Roles& Responsibilities

• Create and establish trackers for all incoming and outgoing products and packaging submissions/samples
• Build, organize, and manage PD product closets
• Collect and organize regulatory and formula specific documents
• Initiate and drive certifications and registrations
• Generate and issue labeling requirements and artwork documentation (for secondary and primary products)
• Coordinate product samples and mock-ups needed for PR, Market week, Marketing requests
• Coordinate lab product samples needed for consumer and clinical testing purposes
• Facilitate formula testing questionnaires/documents and help to conduct user panel tests
• Track monthly product feedback from sales field and escalate to team
• Drive monthly competitive product and market trend overviews
• Organize inbound and outbound packages
• Assist team in organizing and preparing for meetings (pulling samples, labeling, swatching; etc.)
• Participate in brainstorming meetings for new product concepts

Professionalqualifications

• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of PD experience
• Have an encyclopedic knowledge of products
• Excellent organizational, communication and follow-through skills, and a keen eye to detail
• Multi-functional, flexible to handle ever-changing priorities, in fast paced environment
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• In tune and up to date with current trends
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve; resourceful
• Skills in tactile/aesthetic evaluation of cosmetic product and eagerness to learn
• Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Slack
