Responsibilities and Qualifications for used car manager.
- Ability to work a car deal from front to back with no mistakes
- Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements (Drug & Background)
- Understanding of Used Car sales concepts
- Dedicated, Self-organized
- Work experience in retail or operations in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail
- Prior used car manager experience a plus
- You will already demonstrate a high level of professional acumen and have an outstanding work ethic
- Excellent communication skills are a necessity as you will captain your sales team to deliver outstanding results, support and manage them in the 360 degree delivery of the sale while maintaining a natural and knowledgeable approach to our customers
- Sales targets will be met and exceed monthly
- You thrive in an every changing environment
- You will listen to every customer to establish their wants and needs while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
