What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Technician position at Patriot Properties?
We are currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, unit turns, and other required tasks. This position will be located in Tomah with some travel to surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Perform upgrading and updating of apartment units during turnovers
- On call duties to respond to maintenance emergencies on a rotating basis
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to travel up to 60 miles (GENEROUS mileage reimbursement)
- Valid Driver's License and car insurance
- Own a cellphone (smartphone)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
