Patron Points, Inc. is looking for an energetic, organized and highly computer efficient individual to join our fast pace, professional team at our location in Woodbury, MN. This role is responsible for high level customer service on the telephone and working on email, as well as setting up/maintaining customer technical communication between our system and theirs. This is a full-time employee position at our office.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide customer service promptly and professionally addressing customer questions and concerns over the phone and working on email
- Connecting customer locations to our computer communication system and assisting them with any needs on this service
- Aid in the onboarding and training of accounts
- Dialing into customer locations and retrieving files
- Solve issues by providing technical support
- Building customer relationships while creating, maintaining and recording important business information
- Update data discrepancies identified in reports and systems
- Accurately documents pending and completed work
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Regular, reliable and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
Qualifications and Skills:
- Efficiently and accurately record data information
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast pace environment while under pressure
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to reach and exceed goals while remaining energized and focused in all situations
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of service-related experience preferred
