What’s it like working with us?

- You'll work directly with clients in their homes, clinics, or schools, using innovative ABA techniques.

- Ideal candidates are available Monday-Friday, between 1 pm and 7 pm, for about 10-15 hours a week.
- You should be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid California driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!
- Implement personalized ABA techniques in various settings
- Collect accurate data to track progress
- Participate in therapy sessions, staff meetings, and training sessions
- Paid orientation, training, drive time, and mileage!
