Our growing e-commerce business sells wigs, hairpieces, and accessories to women—many of whom have hair loss due to chemotherapy or a medical condition, and some who just like to easily change their style. You will help customers solve their hair issues so they look and feel beautiful!
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Business Associate to provide an excellent client experience, from initial contact to receipt of their order.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to clients by phone and email
- Place and track orders with suppliers
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues
- Cross-train on all ecommerce functions and help as needed
- Work with your teammates to constantly improve the client experience and our overall efficiency
The successful candidate will be:
- A great communicator by phone and email
- Quick and accurate with data entry in computer systems
- Excited to help customers
- Dedicated to high professional and ethical standards
