Manufacturing:
- Understanding of production and manufacturing workflow
- Keep Assembly area of the Production Floor organized and clean
- Organize tools and material stored in correct locations end of shift work
- Assembly of ACM panels per PSG standards and current quota
- Assist with packing material in crates as needed.
- Utilizes drills, other small tools, and common hand tools as needed and trained to use.
- Keep tools and equipment maintained, stored, and secured per policy and report any issues to supervisor.
- Have an approach of continuous improvement to process and methods
- Adheres to all Health and Safety Programs Rules, Procedures and Polices while on the production floor.
- PPE to be worn all times while on the production floor
- Maintains work area cleanliness throughout shift and end of shift work
- Adheres to all Quality Standards during Assembly and Packing.
- Communicate to Lead, Production Supervisor and Quality Supervisor when quality issues arise that could impact final product to customer.
- Complete all material and time tracking operations timely and accurately.
- Notify lead and production supervisor when material is running low
- Follow the inventory control process and storage for use of materials and supplies.
- ACM Product knowledge preferred; not required
- General carpentry and/or manufacturing experience preferred; not required
- Manufacturing and product assembly experience preferred; not required
- Ability to handle and lift up to up to 75 pounds at times for specific job functions
- May have to work with or around electrical equipment
- May be required to stand 80% of the work schedule
- May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling
