Schedule
- Typical day shift hours, 45-47hrs per week
- On-call service may be expected

Functions and Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair of general building items and grounds
- Achieve and maintain quality service and workmanship
- Coordinate efficient personal daily work schedule
- Assist with any other general maintenance assignments and projects as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in construction, mechanical, or relevant field
- Efficient management time with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize incoming work
- High commitment to safety
- Equipment repair experience
- Valid PA license with a great driving history
