Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Greater Boston Area (Focusing on Commercial and Residential Restoration)

Reports To: General Manager or Owner

As a Project Manager, you will work with property owners and subcontractors after traumatic events such as fires or floods to restore both residential and commercial properties. You’ll manage renovation projects, control budgets, and ensure effective communication. The role involves spending significant time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.

Team Qualifications (Requirements)
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong emphasis on learning and continuing education
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Construction project management experience is welcomed if you’re willing to learn a new process. If you meet all qualifications but have limited experience, we will invest in your training.
Role on the Team (Job Functions)
  • Meet operational objectives in Sales, Gross Margin, and Brand Experience.
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R.
  • Write estimates using Xactimate.
  • Confirm budgets and work orders before starting projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in local community events.
  • Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradespeople.

Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
