What Youll Do :
- Reconcile accounts and analyze financial data.
- Manage month-end close processes, including accruals and reporting.
- Assist with cash flow management and payroll accounting.
- Support compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and federal / state regulations.
- Collaborate on budget planning, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
- 35 years of accounting experience; construction or restoration experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct; Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with CRM software like Salesforce is a bonus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Competitive salary : $75,000$90,000 (DOE), with annual performance reviews.
