Position: Restoration Technician

Restoration Technician Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in all areas of remediation, including: water mitigation (demolition, drying), environmental services (mold remediation, asbestos abatement, COVID-19 spraying, etc.), contents manipulation and cleaning (packing, moving, inventory, and cleaning).
- Lead Technicians- Demonstrate leadership skills through effective supervision of team members.
- Lead Technicians- Utilize technology to record accurate and detailed job information into company software programs.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to provide accurate information to customers and guide team members.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting job information.
- Availability to begin work at 7:30a.m. Monday-Friday and participate in on-call schedule.
- Availability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 75lbs or more on a frequent basis.
- Lead Technicians- Experience supervising teams in water mitigation, mold containment, contents manipulation, and demolition.
Additional Skills and Certifications- *preferred
- IICRC certifications: ASD- Applied Structural Drying; WRT- Water Damage Restoration Technician; FSRT-Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician
- Ability to sketch or write mitigation, mold, or contents estimates through Xactimate or Symbility software.
- Ability to maintain equipment and complete minor mechanical repairs.
- Experience in carpet cleaning.
- Experience in driving fifth-wheel trailers or dumpsters.
- Experience in logistics, supply-chain management, inventory tracking, and use of Microsoft Excel.
- Other preferred qualifications- OSHA certification, TWIC card, forklift certification, and carpentry skills.
Restoration Technician Compensation and Benefits
- We offer competitive hourly pay based on experience and certifications.
- 40 hours of paid time off (PTO) after first year of employment.
- Seven (7) paid holidays per year.
- Employer contribution to medical insurance through Cigna.
- Participation in 401(k) plan with employer matching after 3 months of employment.
