What does a Contents Manager with Paul Davis do?

• Write estimates using provided software and preform services for pack-outs, content cleaning, pack backs, and laundry restoration

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

• Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
• Dedication to customer service
• Ability to lead others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Management, Cleaning, and/or Moving Experience a plus
• IICRC Training & Designations a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration)
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Desire to continually learn new things

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

• Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork within the division and company
• create and carryout a contents strategy to grow your department
• Writing estimates per carrier guidelines for pack-outs, content cleaning, pack backs, and laundry restoration
• Job schedule management and coordination
• Oversee contents process and provide improvements when necessary
• Deliver thorough, proactive & direct communication with internal staff, customers, quality assurance and insurance adjusters.
• Meet clients and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution and provide a professional opinion.
• Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized supplies along with company equipment.
• Supervise pack-outs and inventory/evaluation of items
