What You’ll Do:
- Lead with integrity and uphold Paul Davis values.
- Manage operations, facilities, and cross-departmental communication.
- Oversee financials in collaboration with the CFO and President.
- Partner with the Director of Business Development to drive sales goals.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct performance reviews across departments.
- Evaluate vendor relationships, software compliance, and process improvement.
- Lead customer satisfaction and reputation management efforts.
- Ensure franchise and operational compliance.
- Collaborate with other Paul Davis offices and support teams.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
- 5 years of leadership experience
- 2 years in restoration or construction preferred
- IICRC certifications a plus
- Proven skills in coaching, process improvement, and performance management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- A growth mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams
