- Experience in Construction, Remodeling & Restoration
- Dedicated to learning and personal growth
- Familiarity with reading and understanding estimates
- Strong technological aptitude and attention to detail
- Customer focused mindset and excellent communication skills
- Sound planning and organizational abilities
- Clean Driving Record
Role on the Team:
- Assist project managers in all aspects of reconstruction, repair & remodeling jobs
- Assist in material inventory management and organization
- Develop and foster relationships with vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Coordinate tasks and resources
- Assist with onsite reconstruction inspections
- Self-motivated to get results
- Loves working with customers and clients
- Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility
